Q: How do I join?
A: As a shopper: Click the sign-up link at the top of the home page and complete the brief questionnaire. A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. Print that letter and take it into any one of our participating shops to pick up your membership card. You may also sign up at any member retailer.
A: As a retailer: Soon we will have a way for retailers to sign-up through the website but for now contact Jessica Ruddy at jessica@shopstyletribe.com or call (949) 715-2031.
Q: What exactly are the benefits of becoming a shopper member?
A: With membership you will receive a membership card that entitles you to a 10% discount anytime you shop at a STYLE TRIBE member store. Each Thursday during our “Stylista Happy Hour events” from 4 -7pm you will receive a 20% discount on your purchases. Plus you’ll get our weekly email newsletter and invitations to fashion events. Q: Where do I pick-up my card?
A: Once you fill out the brief questionnaire on the Sign-up page a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. Print that letter and take it into any one of our participating shops to pick up your membership card. You may also sign up at any member retailer and you will receive your card at that time.
Q: How do I know which stores are members?
A: Click on the SHOP tab at the top on the www.Shopstyletribe.com website. It will display a map of Orange County cities. Click on any city name and it will show you a list of the shops in that city. You can also use the search feature on the home page to search for shops by item, brand or city. The first stores listed as “Participating Shops” are the member stores.
Q: What if my favorite store is not a member?
A: Each week STYLE TRIBE will be adding new member shops. Check back often to see which stores have been added. Also, ask the manager/ owner of your favorite boutiques to join STYLE TRIBE as a retail member so they can benefit from the retailer program and you can use your member benefits while shopping there.
Q: If I am shopping and I don’t have my card can I still get my discount?
A: Currently, a membership card is required to receive member discounts or any other membership benefit. Please carry it with you whenever shopping or attending STYLE TRIBE events.
Q: Can I share my membership privileges?
A: Membership is free. We simply ask that anyone wanting membership privileges sign-up for their own card. It helps us provide individualized service for each member.
Q: What should I do if a store didn’t honor my membership discount?
A: Please contact us immediately if any authorized member store does not honor the card with purchase discounts or if a problem ever occurs while using your membership card. We can be reached at info@shopstyletribe.com or at (949)715-2031.
